Chocolate-coated raisins, smothered in treacle with a sprinkling of demerara sugar. Further aromas emerge including ginger, toasted almonds and vanilla.

Palate

A sweet and fruity flavor progressing into a thick and syrupy pudding with a sprinkling of ginger and cinnamon.

Finish

Long and rich to the end with treacle toffee, sun-dried raisins and syrupy prunes.
