Not a distillery itself, but the company behind Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey, founded and launched in 2018 by MMA champion Conor McGregor along with Audie Attar and Ken Austin; the triple-distilled blend, developed with former Guinness master distiller David Elder, is produced under contract at the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim.
