Charlotte's oldest distillery, founded in September 2013 by Irish immigrant Oliver 'Ollie' Mulligan, whose grandfather Patrick Quinn was a whiskey maker in the Irish midlands; named for the historic wagon route Irish settlers like Mulligan followed to Charlotte, and home to the city's first distillery speakeasy.
