Dallas County's first legal distillery since Prohibition, founded in 2010 by Herman Beckley and Marshall Louis after the pair met at a Starbucks and bonded over a shared interest in old bourbon recipes; originally based in Garland, the operation has since moved to Wylie, Texas.
