Carver County's first micro-distillery, founded in 2013 by a group of local partners led by Bill Miller and named for pioneer frontiersman Jonathan Carver; a grain-to-glass operation in the farming heart of Minnesota producing bourbon, rye, brandy, gin, and vodka.
