Bourbon and gin brand originally founded in 1892 in Cincinnati by pre-Prohibition distiller Joseph A. Magnus; revived in Washington, D.C. in 2015 by his great-grandson after a 122-year-old family bottle surfaced, using the same triple-cask (Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Cognac) finishing techniques. Relocated operations to Holland, Michigan in 2020 to reconnect with Magnus's summer home there.
