Description
Lowland single malt distillery in a restored 18th-century farmstead near St Andrews, the brainchild of former golf caddie Douglas Clement, who noticed visiting golfers had nowhere nearby to see whisky made; opened in November 2014 with backing from the Wemyss family (owners of independent bottler Wemyss Malts, founded 2005), releasing its first single malt, 'Dream to Dram,' in 2018.
