    The oldest bourbon Maker's Mark has produced in its 70-year history, a blend of 74% 11-year, 10% 13-year, and 16% 14-year-old wheated bourbon. Barrels age about six years in traditional rickhouses, then move into the distillery's LEED-certified limestone cellar (a steady 47°F, first blasted into the hillside in 2016) for extended maturation, avoiding the harsh tannins that usually come with long-aged bourbon. Cellar Aged began in 2023 as Maker's Mark's first major annual limited release, with the specific blend of ages, and proof, changing each year.
