A bottled-in-bond expression of Dad's Hat's core Pennsylvania rye recipe, aged a minimum of four years from a mash bill of 80% rye, 15% malted barley, and 5% malted rye grown by local Bucks County farms.
Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye finished in vermouth casks, adding herbal and botanical complexity to the distillery's signature quarter-cask-aged rye base.
