Description

Founded in 2013 by OtterBox creator Curt Richardson and his wife Nancy; known for its 'Slow Cut' proofing process, which adds water in small increments over weeks rather than the usual one to two days, and for whiskeys made with an unusually high proportion of malted barley. Acquired by Middle West Spirits in 2025.
