Founded in 2009 by Brad and Kathy Irwin in Bend, Oregon; a grain-to-glass distillery sourcing about 95% of its grain from Oregon's High Desert farmers, now the state's largest bourbon producer and second-largest American whiskey producer, using Cascade mountain water and aging its whiskeys a minimum of four years.
