Description

Texas's original 'brewstillery,' founded in 2010 by Mark McDavid and partners who felt San Antonio deserved a proper microbrewery, then decided to distill Texas bourbon while they were at it; ages its .36 Texas Bourbon in small barrels under the intense Texas sun and uses the same brewing equipment and mindset to produce both craft beer and whiskey.
