Description

Not a distillery itself; launched around 2010 by industry veterans Dave Schmier and Michael Kanbar under Bardstown Barrel Selections, built around a cache of rye whiskey barrels intended to help revive rye's pre-Prohibition popularity. Whiskey is distilled at the historic 1847 Lawrenceburg, Indiana plant (now MGP) and batched in Bardstown; acquired by Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits in 2015.
