Description

Tennessee's sixth licensed distillery, founded by California-born Billy Kaufman, who led the 2009-10 petition drive to bring legal distilling to then-dry Cannon County and helped found the Tennessee Distillers Guild, serving as its first president; makes moonshine, bourbon, and organic Tennessee whiskey on a 300-plus-acre working farm.
