Description

Part of Huber's Orchard, Winery & Vineyards, a family farm founded in 1843 by German immigrant Simon Huber; sixth-generation cousins Greg and Ted Huber officially established Starlight Distillery in 2001, releasing their first commercial brandy in 2004 and expanding into grain-based bourbon and rye after a 2014 change in Indiana law, using grain largely grown on the family's own 700-acre farm.
