Founded in 2010 by business partners Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo, the second distillery to open in Central Ohio after Prohibition; brought the region's first legally distilled post-Prohibition bourbon to market in 2012 and became the first Ohio distillery to open an on-site restaurant, in February 2017, after a change in state law.

Central Ohio's first legally distilled bourbon since Prohibition, made from a distinctive four-grain mash bill that includes 5% spelt, an Ohio-native grain; discontinued in 2021 in favor of the distillery's newer bottled-in-bond release.
