Distilled on the site of America's oldest distillery west of the Mississippi (founded 1856 on a limestone spring first charted by Lewis and Clark), this bottled-in-bond bourbon uses Ben Holladay's original 1856 mash bill of 73% corn, 15% rye, and 12% malted barley; certified "Real Missouri Bourbon" under a 2019 state law requiring Missouri-grown corn and that the whiskey be mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled entirely in-state.
