Description

Certified organic and kosher distillery opened in fall 2011 by Bill Welter inside the restored 1883 Featherbone Factory, once E.K. Warren's corset and buggy-whip manufacturing plant; grain-to-bottle whiskey, gin, and vodka using Midwest organic grain, with a second location opened in Valparaiso, Indiana.
