Kentucky's first contract distillery, founded in 2012 by former Brown-Forman president Steve Thompson along with Chris Miller and Mike Loring in a converted ice cream distributor's building; now the official production home of Jefferson's Bourbon, alongside custom distilling for other private-label clients.
