Long Island's first craft distillery since the 1800s, founded on January 5, 2007 by electrical-engineer-turned-distiller Richard Stabile; a farm-to-bottle operation surrounded by 5,000 acres of North Fork potato farms, best known for LiV Vodka and Pine Barrens American Single Malt.
