Founded in 2013 by the Fruits family, one of the few genuinely field-to-bottle distilleries in the world, sourcing every grain from local fields or the family farm along the road for which it's named; distills on a custom German-built pot still and ages its bourbon underground beneath a converted 1902 elementary school gymnasium.

A bottled-in-bond bourbon made from an unusual malted-barley-free mash of 80% estate-grown corn and 20% soft red winter wheat, aged underground beneath a converted elementary school gymnasium.
