Description
Founded in 2015 as an outgrowth of the French Lick Winery in a region of southern Indiana once called 'The Black Forest' for the 155 distilleries that operated there from 1855 to 1914; the largest pot-still distillery in Indiana, known for developing its own heirloom open-pollinated corn variety and for Indiana's first commercial absinthe.
