Description

Charleston's first distillery since Prohibition, founded in 2013 by Todd Weiss, Johnny Pieper, Casey Lillie, and Jim Craig, who hand-built their own copper plate condensers and stainless steel boilers; became woman-owned in 2018 when Paula 'Pixie' Dezzutti of Local Choice Spirits took over, and later produced South Carolina's first bottled-in-bond bourbon.
