Description

Lancaster County's oldest operating distillery, founded in December 2013 by former tech entrepreneur Andrew Martin, opening on Christmas Eve that year as the city's first legal distillery since Prohibition; housed in the historic Walter Schnader Tobacco Warehouse (added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990), it mills locally sourced grain to a flour consistency for its rye whiskey.
