The first commercially available whiskey made from millet, distilled from a 100% organic millet mash at Koval's Ravenswood, Chicago distillery using only the "heart cut" of the run, aged three years in 30-gallon new charred American oak; unfiltered, gluten-free, and certified organic and kosher. Won Silver at the 2015 SIP Awards.
